My Story
From a young age, I was very outgoing — I loved being goofy and making people laugh. I had no fear walking up to strangers and saying hello. This continued until about age 10 when I started losing touch with my inner being. Like most kids, I began caring more about how to "fit in" rather than stand out. It took me 15 more years to realize that the only mold I truly belonged in was my own.

When I discovered yoga in my twenties, I had no idea how much it would alter the course of my life. I am devoted to introspection, self-discovery, and service. After building a strong home practice, I completed two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings that deepened my understanding of yogic philosophy, meditation, and pranayama.

With a playful approach to teaching, I aim to help students access their innate wisdom and embrace life’s simple pleasures. Some of my offerings include Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Sculpt. I enjoy teaching challenging power vinyasa flows with options for all levels, incorporating breathwork and introspection to deepen the experience. Come play and reconnect with the authentic joy within!
